Since out founding in 2001, we have a record of success specializing in underperforming multifamily and extended stay properties. We started in multifamilies and retail assets before expanding into the extended stay market and even though our focus are on these two verticals, we do not discriminate against other asset classes.

We are working towards growing our company even more, with a plan of becoming a globally recognized name. We are always looking for future opportunities, whether its off market deals, future acquistions, or cultivating the next generation of investment analysts, we are always looking to expand.
